Seeking Cash Flow Loan (~$2-3M) for $1.6M EBITDA B2B Services Acquisition

Looking to speak with non-bank lenders who can provide a small cash-flow term loan (sub-2x leverage, ~$2-3M) for a B2B professional services acquisition. Business has >$1.5M EBITDA with 30%+ margins and stable recurring revenue patterns. CEO is staying and seller is rolling equity with a note and earnout. I am specifically looking for lenders who do no-personal-guarantee structures for strong cash-flow deals. Open to lender equity participation where helpful.
