I am seeking an aspiring CEO as a potential partner for an educational services platform that I am putting together that serves educators and students through multiple formats. I am currently evaluating two initial distinct opportunities: The first, which is further along ($1 to $2 million of EBITDA) is an online curriculum provider to the growing homeschool market. The second (approximately $500k of EBITDA) focuses on social and emotional development by selling experiential learning services to a roster of long term charter school clients.
