Seeking Commission-Based Sales Professional/ Manufacturing Reps – Precision Gears

Hi all I’m looking for introductions to experienced manufacturing reps or commission-based sales professionals with relationships in the precision gear space. We are a small precision gear manufacturer with significant available capacity and are actively looking to grow. We produce high-precision gears and related components for aerospace, defense, robotics, medical, and industrial OEMs, and we’re in a position to take on additional work immediately. We’re ideally looking for reps who: • Already sell into OEMs, robotics companies, medical device manufacturers, or gearbox/industrial equipment companies • Understand precision gear manufacturing (grinding, hobbing, inspection, tight tolerances) • Are open to commission structures tied to closed and collected business (with margin discipline) If you know strong independent reps in this space, I’d truly appreciate an introduction.
