I'm assisting a friend with the acquisition of a tech-enabled, market research company with a strong financial foundation. Here’s a quick snapshot of the opportunity:

• 10+ years in operation with a solid performance history • Generating $1.2M in adjusted EBITDA (2023) and over $5M in annual revenue • Stable and consistent cash flow from operations • Tech-enabled, asset-light, and fully remote business model • SBA financing not an option due to deal structure and partial SBA limit usage
