Seeking DD Team – Home Care Deal (Miami)

Hi all, I’m under LOI for a $500k SDE home care agency in Miami and am assembling a small DD team, primarily financial and legal. This should be a relatively straightforward diligence process. Is this Medicare and insurance-covered home health, or private pay home care? If the former, you absolutely need to find groups that specialize in the space. It's not a straightforward diligence process. Feel free to DM me if you'd like to chat.

If 30-50% of the loan can be secured by ANY real estate, Personal or Business owned, I can do a NON SBA Conventional business loan with 25 year terms. Green Card Holders welcome. And Im in Palm Beach county, so not too far away.
