Under LOI to acquire a company that operates a fleet of private jets differentiated by flying heavy jets (e.g. Gulfstreams) on international trips. The company is in hyper-growth mode, and highly profitable. Equity is soft circled and we are seeking senior lenders and junior/mezz lenders.
