We're seeking up to $4,125,000 of investor equity to finance the acquisition of a successful commercial plumbing company in northern NJ. The business has a long track record of success with a focus on large multi-family new construction projects. The seller has been retired from the day-to-day for some time and is ready to exit. The terms of the sale have already been negotiated and we are under LOI.
