Seeking experience shares of account transfers in asset sale

I’m working with my sellers on the question of asset vs. stock sale. My target has relationships as a supplier with several large corporations, and I’m wondering about the effort and potential issues with the administrative side of transferring these relationships. Also, this is in perishable food, so there will be complications around certifications and whatnot. I’d like to connect with 1 or 2 folks who have been through this so I can better understand the potential upside of going with a stock sale.
