Hi All - I am looking at a deal in FL, it is a cosmetic surgery / med spa business that is being sold by the surgeon himself. Is there any database I can access to hire an experienced surgeon to replace the owner? Looking forward to hear from you all!

You can go to the American Board of cosmetic Sugery or American Board of Plastic Surgeons. Be advised that the Surgeon you want to hire is certified by the Plastic Board. Plastics have to go thru full surgical residency. I’d structure the deal that the outgoing surgeon can’t leave until he’s helped you recruit and train his replacement.
