Seeking financing options for $2-$2.5m Deal

I'm looking at an equity investment in two C-corps fully-owned by one individual. My US-based LLC is backed by an offshore corp. with a strong balance sheet. I would like this LLC to invest in the C-corps with a###-###-#### debt-to-equity structure. LLC will service the debt from the returns on the investments. What type of financing institutions (SBIC or others) would be interested in such a deal? Would the balance sheets of the C-corps be enough for the financing institutions or would the off-shore corp also have to provide guarantees?
