Seeking Franchise Legal Services

I am conducting due diligence on an emerging service-based franchise system that claimes to use a proprietary technology as their primary driver in differentiation in a crowded market. Since this is a newer system with a unique technical moat (provisional patents), I am looking for recommendations for franchisee-side legal counsel with experience in multi-unit development agreements emerging brands where the FDD/Agreement may require more "first-mover" negotiation. Ideally, the firm should have a strong track record in the Midwest/Great Lakes region. Any recommendations?
