Seeking Help Implementing Quality Control (QC) Program at Aerospace Company

I recently acquired a small business that specializes in manufacturing components in the aerospace industry.

The company does not have a proper Quality Control (QC) program, including no Quality Management System (QMS), no Quality Manual, and no Quality Lab.
