Experienced founder & CEO is launching a strategic roll up of premium wine bars and retail shops in the United States - modeled after London's Noble Rot in concept and Vino Volo in scalability (nine figure exit to PE). Founder (Yale BA, UChicago Booth MBA) is a leading wine authority, slated to be the country's youngest and Chicago's first Master of Wine - the most prestigious title for the wine trade. He has already passed the rigorous exam with one attempt (a 1% pass rate for first-time examinees), and will finish the final research paper this fall. His wine writing has been published in the Wall Street Journal, Wine Spectator, Wine Enthusiast, Wine & Spirits, Antonio Galloni's Vinous, GuildSomm, and other outlets. Initial target identified in Chicago with a legacy wine bar/shop with historic $800,000 annual revenue, which we project can be doubled by leveraging some low-hanging fruit. Future target cities include: Miami, Charlotte, Nashville, Houston, Dallas, Austin, and Denver, among other HNW cities with underserved wine communities. Half of the capital has been circled for this initial launch location and actively looking to close the rest of the round swiftly.

^redacted might be able to help ^redacted‌ find the right Investors for his $300,000 EBITDA Wine Bar deal in Chicago. I'm sure he would appreciate any introductions if the deals not a good fit for you personally.
