Seeking information on how to rapidly grow an in person membership based business?
We’re currently growing a unique co-working space that also offers on-site dog daycare. If you have experience scaling any of the following, I’d love to hear from you: Co-working businesses Dog-related businesses In-person membership-based businesses (e.g., Soho House, Equinox, etc.) We’re already using channels like word of mouth, in-person outreach, events, SEO, and social media, etc.. Now that we’re fully operational, our goal is to 4-5x membership in the next 30 days, and looking to better understand the most effective growth channels, expected ROI, and proven tactics to help us scale quickly.
