Seeking inputs on presenting buyer profile

Solo-searcher, self-funded.

Recently engaged with a Sell-side broker, on a listing. Executed NDA promptly, shared buyer financial profile and also went as far as providing a lender 'Letter of Support'.

The seller agent kept side-lineing my expression of interest quoting lack of qualification. Any inputs on what should've been done differently, very happy to chat about the deal details- looking to analyze and learn from the time spent on this deal.

I'd include the "why" - something personal about you and/or your family, including a pic. The broker or seller should be able to visualize your taking over the business. What does that look like?

I recommend including a single poster page that presents 2-3 key points about yourself—keep it brief, as this isn't a LinkedIn profile or your resume—as well as 2-3 bullet points about your financial capacity.
