Can anyone help with commercial kitchen services?
I’m looking to connect with business brokers, M&A advisers and other professionals who have established relationships with owners of commercial kitchen service businesses. Through Metros Operating Partners redacted , I’m pursuing acquisitions in the Eastern U.S. Areas of interest include (as well as other specialty areas): - Commercial kitchen equipment repair and refrigeration service - Kitchen exhaust cleaning, filter exchange and fire suppression - Grease trap services and used cooking oil collection - Related recurring services supporting commercial kitchens I spent 11 years operating and growing H.D. Sheldon, a foodservice equipment distributor, most recently as General Manager. I intend to lead the group as an operator and build it for the long term. The goal is to bring together strong local businesses and create a positive industry impact through investment in technician development, systems and customer service, while building on the teams and relationships owners have established. My initial priority is an established regional business with capable leadership. I’m particularly interested in owners considering succession or a sale, including those who would enjoy remaining involved and helping build the next chapter. I’d welcome conversations with intermediaries currently advising businesses in these areas, as well as accountants, lenders, consultants and industry professionals with longstanding owner relationships. Businesses do not need to be in a formal sale process. If this describes you—or someone you would recommend—I’d appreciate a message or introduction. Andrew Metros redacted redacted
