I am working on my 4th accounting firm acquisition and will be forming a new entity due to location differences in my first LLC.

I am looking for an investor for $65,###-###-#### % preferred dividend paid quarterly, 10% ownership and a buyout multiple of 1.25 in 5 years, generating an annualized return of 22%.

This firm only does bookkeeping and payroll and has been in business for 17 years in New Holland, PA.
