Seeking to connect with investors during pre-LOI negotiation. I have 5 years experience running a high volume medical practice and have a deep understanding of operations. The business operates in a state where the center can be non-Dr owned. 

Seeking to raise $350-$400K with standard search investor terms, EBITDA is roughly $700k, final structure TBD.
