We have a ~$1.6MM EBITDA deal in the aviation section that we have reached an agreement with the sellers at a 2.61x going in multiple, expecting to close in late November. We were able to negotiate a favorable transaction agreement that allowed us to use better financing terms, freeing up cash flow. ^redacted‌ Hi Eric, we ended up walking from this deal. Working on another that is within the Telecoms Infrastructure space. Quite a different transaction, 8-figure equity raise, no debt.
