Seeking Investors to Self Funded Searcher in Canada

Over the past decade, I’ve had the privilege of building and operating a tech business from the ground up. While the past few years have been challenging for the tech industry, I’ve decided to take the next step in my entrepreneurial journey by exploring ETA. Transitioning from leading a team of 50 to winding down operations was not an easy decision, but I’m excited about this new chapter.

I am actively seeking to acquire an SME in niche manufacturing, healthcare, distribution/wholesale, or commercial services. My target criteria include businesses with an enterprise value of up to CAD $5M and an EBITDA of CAD $750K or higher, ideally located in the Greater Montreal area.
