Seeking Non SBA lender for collateralized loan

I have a $3,600,000 transaction in the MidWest that I am seeking approximately $1,600,000 in financing for (Non SBA) that is collateralized by two properties. The business is achieving approximately 900k in EBITDA (3 yr average).

I would suggest reaching out to Greenwoods bank out of Wisconsin.. We refinanced an SBA loan but I'm sure they'd originate at that amount based on your numbers.
