Seeking lender for small e-commerce acquisitions (e.g. < $200k)

Hello all,

I'm looking for lenders who would provide loans for the acquisition of small e-commerce businesses.

Open to SBA, revenue-based financing, etc.

I've had a few conversations with lenders but most appear to have more sizeable minimums.

We can fund acquisitions for $200k purchase prices. My firm underwrites the target company's financials and typically provides 10-20% of annualized revenues up front, which you can use as a gap piece in the cap stack or as your cash consideration/down payment.
