Seeking Lender Referrals for Midwest Plumbing Biz

Looking for lender referrals for a 29 year old plumbing biz I just got under contract. $4.5MM Deal (3.3x $1.2MM EBITDA + $675K RE). This is a pretty simple SBA deal, looking for a competitive lender that's friendly to the trades /home service and sophisticated in using the RE to blend the amort.
