As an Independent Sponsor, I am looking to expand my network and connect with Qualified Clients , Qualified Purchasers and High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs) ,interested in investing as Limited Partners (LPs) in acquisition opportunities. I am also Seeking Searchfund Investors open to partnering with us to search for and acquire a business. Our approach blends traditional searchfunding with Independent Sponsorship, offering flexibility in deal structures and management roles.

I am the newest member of our three-person team, which includes two highly experienced colleagues with over four decades of expertise in the middle-market. They also manage an investment and merchant banking platform with various verticals. We operate as generalists, industry agnostic, targeting opportunities with REVS. $30M+ and EBITDA $3M+ U.S. based companies.

I am keen to build my own relationships and explore collaborative opportunities that benefit all parties involved. If you are interested in discussing potential investment opportunities or a hybrid model, let’s connect and see how we can work together.

Please feel free to reach out directly or via LinkedIn; I look forward to discussing how we can work together.

Respectfully,
Steven Cutsail

Hi Steven - I'm interested to hear more about the 'Innovative Acquisition Model'. Are you sourcing / structuring deals (and underwriting) as the IS and looking for searchers to sit in the seat, or is it something beyond that? Genuinely curious.
