Seeking M&A Counsel for $2.5M Bay Area Acquisition

I am currently under LOI for a $2.5M acquisition in the Bay Area and am looking for an experienced M&A attorney to help me get this deal across the finish line. While I prefer a local California-based attorney, I am open to out-of-state counsel with extensive experience navigating California-specific regulations.
