Seeking Operational Due Diligence Consultant (Small Business, NOVA)

Hello everyone,

We are in the process of acquiring a small business in Northern Virginia and am looking for a business consultant to help with operational due diligence. Financial and legal due diligence are already covered, but I need someone who has experience in the construction industry—ideally a former business owner—to assess day-to-day processes, systems, assets and overall efficiency. Preference is for someone local to Northern Virginia for on-site evaluations.

You may want to consider contacting Justin Willess, he's spoken previously about his experience purchasing a construction company and might be able to aid with a certain amount of identifying skeletons in the company based on his experience. He had an appearance on Acquiring Minds and not located too far from NoVA area.
