Seeking Partner / Guarantor – Live SBA Deal ($500K+ EBITDA, Landscaping Business)

Hi all, I’m currently under LOI on a commercial landscaping business in California generating $500K+ in adjusted EBITDA, with a strong base of recurring maintenance revenue and consistent margins. I’m actively working through SBA financing and looking to bring on a balance sheet partner / guarantor to support the transaction. This would be a non-operational role, with me leading day-to-day operations post-close. I’m open to structuring this with aligned incentives, including equity participation and/or a preferred return.
