I also played a pivotal role in the SH288 Express Lanes P3 project in Houston, Texas, a $1.1 billion infrastructure endeavor that not only enhanced regional transportation but also delivered a substantial 5x return on investment. My responsibilities encompassed securing funding, navigating regulatory frameworks, and ensuring project completion within timelines.
Additionally, I initiated and led the establishment of S&B USA’s eMobility division, focusing on electrifying transportation fleets and deploying charging infrastructure.
