Seeking Partner with M&A / Roll-Up Experience for Consolidation Platform (CCV)

I am currently developing a consolidation strategy targeting highly fragmented, service-based industries, with the goal of building a scaled platform through a partnership-driven model. I am in a position to support a $15–25M capital commitment vehicle (CCV) and have been actively developing and pressure testing an initial industry thesis within healthcare services, while continuing to evaluate adjacent verticals. At this stage, I am specifically looking to partner with someone who has direct experience executing M&A and scaling multi-site platforms, including: - Deal sourcing, structuring, and execution - Leading or supporting roll-up strategies - Post-acquisition integration and operational scaling The goal would be to build and lead a platform together, combining capital, strategy, and execution.
