Seeking Private Acquisition Capital—ATM Portfolios
Seeking Private Acquisition Capital for Established ATM Portfolios
I am a solo searcher based in Los Angeles currently evaluating three established passive or semi-passive ATM portfolios.
The opportunities range from approximately $265,000 to $540,000 individually. Together, they represent approximately 239 ATM locations or processing accounts, with a combined asking price of approximately $1.12 million and seller-reported annual net income of approximately $268,000.
Two opportunities are processing portfolios in which the merchants generally own, load, and service the ATMs. The third includes owned ATMs with professional third-party cash loading and servicing. None of the three currently appears to require buyer-funded vault cash.
I am awaiting the complete financial packages, merchant agreements, processing statements, and operating records. All financial figures remain unverified, and I expect to select the strongest individual portfolio or determine whether a combined acquisition is appropriate after preliminary due diligence.
I am interested in connecting with:
Private acquisition lenders
Private-credit funds
Family offices
High-net-worth private lenders
Minority equity investors familiar with self-funded searches
My preferred structure is acquisition debt with a seven- to ten-year repayment schedule and no or minimal sponsor cash contribution. I would also consider minority investor equity for the right transaction while retaining sponsor control.
If this fits your investment or lending criteria, please message me with your preferred transaction size, structure, return requirements, collateral requirements, and diligence process.
