Seeking Private Lender / Finance Broker – Acquisition Financing (~$450k)

Hi everyone, I’m currently evaluating the acquisition of a U.S.-based service business in the short-term rental / property management space and I’m looking to connect with private lenders or finance brokers experienced in non-SBA / alternative financing. Deal overview: – Purchase price: ~$450k – Revenue: ~$1.5M – SDE: ~$200k – Seller financing: ~20% under discussion – Clean operations, service-based franchise I’m the intended operator and have prior experience owning and running a concierge business.
