I am under LOI to acquire an established Washington, DC-area commercial and government contractor and am seeking an SBA lender comfortable underwriting the transaction as a strategic merger with my existing construction company. The acquisition target has more than 25 years of operating history, staff in place, WIP and backlog valued over $2 million. 2025 - $8.25 million revenue and $168,885 cash flow First half of 2026: $2.57 million revenue and $332,148 cash flow 2026 annualized: $5.15 million revenue and $664,000 net income I am looking for $250,000 term loan and substantial access to working capital either through a term loan or LoC depending on lender requirements.
