Seeking SBIC's, Equity Partners, Mezz Funds for a $5M EBITDA Acquisition

Currently under LOI on a residential roofing platform generating approximately $5M EBITDA. We've received strong interest from conventional lenders and are now looking to expand conversations with additional SBIC's and family offices as we build the capital stack and optimize financing terms.
