Seeking searcher or operator with manufacturing experience, must be willing to relocate

I site visited a target music products manufacturing company this week.
$1M+ in SDE, great fundamentals, and the possibility for as much as 100% seller financing. But as we all know, every deal has hair.
This one has both significant operational and commercial hair, and I'm looking for a "shaving partner." (gross, sorry)
I'm looking for somebody, maybe a unicorn, who has experience with manufacturing, who might be interested in an opportunity either as a co-owner and partner, or as a senior employee (COO, VP Operations, etc.) with a great salary and meaningful equity.
The catch is that it would require relocation to coastal Oregon.
This person would be running a production facility and supply chain and responsible for about 15 long-tenured, dedicated employees. Highly manual processes and tools, and lots of opportunity to evaluate automation, process updates, and other operational improvements.
It's in music products, good product category, great company, outstanding fundamentals, room to grow. Owners looking to retire after 40 years, and open to a long transition and training period.
May 5 Update: after taking the weekend to reconsider, the sellers have decided they are uncomfortable with this plan and do not want to proceed with me a the buyer unless I am relocating to OR, which my family is not open to.
