Seeking Single Family Office in US

Any recs for single family offices in the US that would be interested in NNN CRE deals in $15-50m range? Would appreciate any names that can do all cash / no debt closings. Looking at assets in any of the following: cannabis, retail, mixed use, health care and offices. Thanks in advance
