Seeking those interested in Pets & Vets

Looking for anyone interested in investing in the Pets & Vets space. I have two deals I'm currently in LOI for.

The company has generated revenues of approximately $20 million annually over the past 3 years, supported by consistent on-time delivery performance and a loyal customer base. Its management has proactively secured and expanded a robust customer network, minimizing customer concentration risk and maximizing profitability. Overall revenue growth between 2021 and 2023 was 464% with a CAGR of 138% and strong projections for sustainable future growth. Pet Consumer Goods in the sub-category. $17M total purchase price.

Brick and Mortar retail doing $12.2M in revenue and holds 23% net profit margins. Has grown YoY by 40%+. Management staying on. Pet retail is the sub-category. $11.5M total purchase price.
