Brick and Mortar retail doing $12.2M in revenue and holds 23% net profit margins. Has grown YoY by 40%+. Management staying on. Pet retail is the sub-category. $11.5M total purchase price.

I'm a bit unclear on the businesses. They're listed under "Pets and Vets," but I don't see anything related to vets. It looks like one is a retail location or chain, but could you clarify what the second one is and where are they located? What is your role?
