Evaluating a mid-sized ($20-30m rev, 100 people) turnaround acquisition. I've been strongly advised against turnarounds, though mainly by people who haven't done them. I'm looking to chat with people who have attempted - successfully and unsuccessfully - turnaround acquisitions. Preference towards those attempted with software businesses of similar scale, but grateful to anyone willing to share their story + advice.
