I am looking to connect with an experienced operator, executive, or advisor in vocational education and skilled trades training. I am working with an established Bay Area plumbing company that has developed a dedicated training facility in South San Francisco, including classroom space, live equipment, hands-on training capabilities, and an experienced instructor. We are evaluating several potential education and training models around plumbing and water heater instruction, including employer-sponsored technical training, partnerships with existing trade schools or colleges, apprenticeship programs, manufacturer-supported training, and potentially a more formal vocational education platform.
