I tried and failed to find a lender willing to lend at anywhere near reasonable rates on a manufacturing business about 2/3 that in EBITDA in the UK. Ended up putting a bit more cash in myself and using seller finance for the rest to get the deal over the line. If you have any luck getting finance on your deal, I’d be keen to know. My business is growing nicely and I’ll be looking at bolt ons in the not too distant future so would be good to know of any active lenders in this space.
