Looking for ways to secure working capital for a new Operating Company in healthcare sector within the UK

It's a residential care home business where I'm leasing a newly purpose-built property from the owner. since the tangible assets (property + equipment) belongs to the property owner there's not much I can leverage in the new Op Co, unless I'm missing something?

I'm putting some money to secure the deal and don’t have personal assets to put as collateral

Are there ways to secure working capital as line of credit from lenders without actually raising funding from investors in this case?

Congrats on progressing the deal Belal! Few ways you can proceed on this - typically with a cash flow loan secured against the OpCo. Have sent you an email with more details.

Without much trading history you will struggle to find cashflow lenders for the new OpCo. Your best bet would be some kind of insecured loan or angel investors.
