I am a (relatively) young, experienced, combat veteran with a down payment looking to make a small business acquisition in the next few months.

Targeting a consistently profitable SAAS / internet service business or an SBA backed industrial service entity, EBITDA between $400k & $1M, DSCR of 1.5+.

Suggest QuietLight Brokerage for ecommerce deals, SunBelt Acquisitions and Illinois Corporate Investments for manufacturing situations and Byline Bank for SBA debt financing. Hope this helps, Mike.

I'd also suggest HoriZen Capital — they do SaaS acquisitions roughly at this price point and may be interested in co-investing.
