I am a (relatively) young, experienced, combat veteran with a down payment looking to make a small business acquisition in the next few months.

Targeting a consistently profitable SAAS / internet service business or an SBA backed industrial service entity, EBITDA between $400k & $1M, DSCR of 1.5+.

I'd also suggest HoriZen Capital — they do SaaS acquisitions roughly at this price point and may be interested in co-investing.

Also, for due diligence, Rapid Diligence is one of the few companies that offers highly technical due diligence as well, including codebase and tech stack reviews focused on SaaS / software businesses (https://rapiddiligence.com/codebase-techstack-analysis). We also offer comprehensive operational and financial due diligence as well so do give us a shout if we can help with anything.

Suggest QuietLight Brokerage for ecommerce deals, SunBelt Acquisitions and Illinois Corporate Investments for manufacturing situations and Byline Bank for SBA debt financing. Hope this helps, Mike.
