All, I'm just now beginning to put together what my search will look like. I'm curious what everyone considered as critical to operations for their search before really digging in to do it. I'm doing a search full-time. I have no website, but plan on implementing one, even though this seems more like it establishes credibility rather than setting yourself apart. I'm currently building out a deal flow management process. I have not had extended conversations with an accountant or lawyer yet, but have made connections through my network. For you, was their anything you wish you had in place prior to beginning your search or that you found helpful along the way? I appreciate any thoughts here.

that’s a helpful, if brief, primer on the logistics. The biggest point of advice I’ll add is to start making honest attempts. Look at brokered deals, and start your outreach to owners if you plan to do that early on. You’ll learn much more by doing. And delaying won’t make you perfect, so better to make your mistakes early and learn fast.
