I'm early in my self-funded search and spending most of my time evaluating deals but I also have a decade of GTM and revenue operations experience that's sitting idle between diligence cycles, and I'd rather put it to work. Before this, I built and scaled go-to-market programs across enterprise and growth-stage environments — including standing up a new business line program that generated $8M in annual revenue from zero in 2 years, leading B2B sales strategy that drove $15M+ in partnerships, and implementing CRM systems that moved close rates by 25%. I have an MBA from NYU Stern and my background spans GTM strategy, sales enablement, RevOps, and operational scaling. If you've recently acquired a business (or you're about to) and need help with any of the following, I'm available for fractional or project-based work: — Building or fixing your go-to-market motion (positioning, segmentation, channel strategy) — Standing up revenue operations infrastructure (CRM, pipeline tracking, forecasting) — Creating sales playbooks and enablement materials that actually get used — Designing SOPs, team structures, and scalable processes for the first###-###-#### months post-close I've done this work inside organizations ranging from nonprofits to $2B+ portfolios, so I can flex between "scrappy operator who'll build the spreadsheet themselves" and "strategic advisor presenting to the leadership team" depending on what the business needs. Happy to connect with anyone who's post-acquisition and could use hands-on GTM and ops support
