Hi all, I'm an individual searcher looking to acquire and personally run one B2B software business for the long haul (not a fund, not a roll-up). What I'm after: recurring or contracted revenue, real switching costs, 3+ years operating, US-based and SBA-eligible. My sweet spot is vertical or compliance-driven software — the kind of tool a customer can't really operate without — plus software-enabled services and proprietary-data businesses. Budget is up to ~$1.2M EV, SBA-financed, with my attorney and diligence team already in place.
