Self-funded searcher looking for debt (~$300k)

Hello Searchers, 

I'm looking to find a debt provider to complete an asset purchase of a business. The deal is around 1.5x SDE and includes heavy seller financing, located in PNW. The business is seasonal with variable historical cashflows but the equipment should be worth much more than the loan amount (assessment to be scheduled) and there are strong projected cashflows. 

If you know anyone that provides small and creative loan instruments, please let me know. Thank you.
