Great video. SIG - at what point in the process do you recommend searchers engage with you? My guess is after the IOI is signed but before the LOI, but curious what is most typical?

Hey redacted‌ – thank you. We work with searchers in two ways:

1) Engaging with the searcher during the search (full-time support) to provide tactical calibration and guidance.
2) Engaging with the searcher who is near/under LOI on a deal with at least $750k in EBITDA (post-LOI support).

We get questions all the time such as "shouldn't I work on gathering my equity capital sources before I have a deal?". In our perspective, absolutely not. Those conversations are not productive because they are all hypothetical. You should focus on identifying and evaluating great deals with at least $750k in EBITDA. We advise and assist you to raise up to $3.0 million in equity from our SIG investors and keep the majority equity as the searcher – all after you sign the LOI with a seller.

That's one of the most significant value-adds of working with SIG.
