Self-funded searchers searching in Canada?

We are a group of investors, including my family office, investing in self-funded searcher-led deals ($1-5m in EBITDA).

We’ve recently experienced a significant increase in Canada-based deals in our deal-flow, including one active opportunity – a wastewater chemical solutions and services provider. We are considering the possibility of introducing a searcher to this transaction (and potentially to additional ones in Canada) who will take the lead as we finance a significant portion of the equity (and potentially also subordinate debt), if anything should materialize.
