Semi-Absentee Manufacturing Support Services

Project Fluid (the “Company”) provides comprehensive oil filtration, reclamation, flushing, cleaning, and lubrication consulting services to industrial customers across the United States running heavy machinery/fixed plant operations. The Company’s administrative headquarters are currently located in Texas while the primary operating base is located in Arkansas, where most of the employees are located, with a secondary operating location in Alabama. It is anticipated that while the operating locations would need to stay in place post-transaction, the administrative headquarters are easily movable to suit the needs of the buyer. Ownership group currently spends###-###-#### hours per week in the business, mostly running administrative tasks (payroll, billing, etc.).
