I'm currently sourcing senior debt for a LMM acquisition and would appreciate any lender referrals. The target is a profitable specialty distribution business generating approximately $10mm of revenue and $1.5mm of EBITDA. I'm looking for roughly $2.6mm of senior term debt plus a $1.0mm revolver ($3.6mm total facility). This is an independent sponsor-style transaction, and the facility is a little smaller than what a typical sponsor-led deal might call for. I'm particularly interested in regional/community banks that are comfortable underwriting $2–5mm acquisition loans. Conventional senior bank debt preferred; not looking for private credit. The deal won't qualify for SBA financing. If you've closed something in this size range recently and had a good experience with the lender, I'd greatly appreciate an introduction or name.
