Senior searchers here?

Hi, everyone. happy to join the community! I am an experienced CEO who wants to make a transition to entrepreneurship through acquisition in a traditional search fund model. Any other crazy experienced executive here? Would love the get to know and interact.
I am a service sector mid-size company CEO in Brazil. I have led many kinds of business transformational projects, such as M&As, new business development and turnarounds. I have an MBA from HBS and am a YPO member.
I have just founded LTP Capital. LTP stands for liquidity, time and perpetuity, the value proposition to the key stakeholder in the search stage: the seller. LTP Capital has, however, a multi-stakeholder value proposition – for employees, clients and, of course, for investors.
I have just began the fundraising process. I aim to form a great investor group, who will offer credibility and a qualified support besides capital, which will ideally include: traditional search fund investors, family offices and high-net-worth individuals; Brazilian and international investors; with a long-term vision and willing to contribute in the different phases of the process.
I will follow the traditional search fund characteristics of industries and companies. The acquisition will be restricted to a defined scope – B2B Services – with particular emphasis on some specific industries with the aim of selecting around 10 key segments. I will implement a dual search approach: a proprietary search and one using intermediaries, with more energy in the former.
Anyway, great being part of the search fund community!
